Please Note:
This form is for applying to the MDE to participate on a MI-Access working committee. This is NOT a confirmation of participation. The MI-Access committees are working committees, not conferences or workshops, that have specfic tasks that need to be completed. We have a limited budget for the number of committee members so there is an applications and selection process. Please fill out the application below if you are interested in being considered for participation on one of these committees.
